Privacy statement
How your data is handled — on this website and during coaching sessions. The authoritative version is in Dutch.

The Dutch version is legally leading
A full English translation of this privacy statement hasn't been formally reviewed by a Dutch lawyer yet. To avoid interpretation conflicts between language versions, the Dutch privacy statement is the document that applies to all coaching and website-related data handling.
If you'd prefer to read it in English or have specific questions about data processing, get in touch — I'll answer in English directly.
Short summary in English: this website uses Plausible Analytics — self-hosted on my own server in the Netherlands, no cookies, no personal data collection, no third-party sharing. I'm active on LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube — when you interact with me there, the platform's own privacy policy applies, not this one. I store client dossiers locally with encryption (see the Dutch version for specifics). I don't sell or share your data. You have access, correction, and deletion rights under the GDPR.
Self-insight tool (/en/what-i-want-to-work-on/):
this is the English pendant of the Dutch zelfinzicht-tool — a
short conversational flow that helps you get clearer on what's
actually going on before working with me. Two routes: one-shot
(~45 min in one session, answers stay in your browser via
localStorage until you submit or 24h elapse) or multi-day
(spread across ~5 days, progress encrypted on my server via
Cloudflare KV in the EU; max 30-day retention). Magic-link mail
uses a JWT session token (random client-id only, no personal
data in the token itself). No IP logging, no browser
fingerprinting, no external analytics on these routes. For full
details see the
Dutch privacy statement, sections
"Wanneer je het zelfinzicht-werk doet" and
"Magic-link-mail bij multi-day".
